Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Timber Medical Partners builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
