Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Clearpath Bright Press is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
