Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Haven Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
