Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Group is a Jackson manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
