Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Granite Press Associates prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Miami plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 520 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
