Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Nova Haven Medical is a Fresno company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
