Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Willow Manufacturing and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 567 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and machine downtime. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
