Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Westbrook Union Foods Group is a Cleveland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
