Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Cedar Wilder Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
