Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Ember Auto Group is a Austin company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
