Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Summit Drift Foods is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
