Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Westbrook Cobalt Medical is a Rochester company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
