Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Forge Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Boston region. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
