Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Lantern Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and vehicle inspections. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
