Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Amberfield Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Rochester producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
