Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Stonegate Cedar Foods is a Tucson food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
