Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Rivermark Timber Pharma Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
