Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pine Press and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
