Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lantern Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
