Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Northwind Wilder Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with tooling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
