Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and work orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
