Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Rook Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the San Diego region. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
