Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Summit Nest Press is a printer and publisher in Seattle serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 770 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
