Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bright Glen Foods produces packaged foods at its Tucson plant. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and sanitation schedules. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
