Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone River Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
