Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bluepeak Vista Press is a printer and publisher in Fort Worth serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of about 458 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
