Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Ironwood Summit Medical designs and makes medical devices in Orlando, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
