Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Redstone Cobalt Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in San Antonio, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
