Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Bright Juniper Farms Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
