Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Harbor Farms and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and field records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
