Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Cedar Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
