Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Silverline Glen Foods is a San Jose food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
