Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Highbridge Haven Manufacturing makes precision components in Hartford. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
