Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
