Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Silverline Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Charlotte plant, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
