Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ashton Foods Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
