Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Summit Pine Pharma is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with quality documentation. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
