Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Foxglove River Medical designs and makes medical devices in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
