Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Lumen Wilder Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Austin producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
