Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (remote)

Summit Iron Medical is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
