Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Raleigh, NC)

Lumen Linden Foods is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for allergen controls, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 729 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and allergen controls. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
