Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Portland, OR)

Stonegate Willow Auto Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Portland. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
