Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Pittsburgh, PA)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Pittsburgh, and we need a Senior Production Supervisor to lead our scheduling and staffing. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
