Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Field Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
