Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Amber Auto Group and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and supplier deliveries. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
