Westbrook Bright Press is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
