Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Orlando, FL)

Northwind Field Press Group is looking for a Senior Production Supervisor. The job centres on scheduling and staffing for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
