Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Group is a Orlando company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
