Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Orlando, FL)

Greenridge Technologies supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Production Supervisor to take on scheduling and staffing. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
