Senior Production Supervisor - scheduling and staffing (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meridian Farms and adding a Senior Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be scheduling and staffing. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and seasonal crews. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with seasonal crews. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
